     Salesmen must negotiate and discuss variations in price, delivery and project specifications with our company managers.

     Salesmen must gain clear understanding of our company policy and work, and of customers and project requirements.

     Salesmen must record sales and other information and send daily reports to their contact manager in Real-IT Web.

     Salesmen must maintain and develop relations with existing customers, as well as to advise on better sales performance.

     Salesman must review their own sales performance, and to aim at meeting or exceeding company targets.

High Salesman Comission Rates

Note: every salesman who works with Real-IT Web Development receives certain comission rate for their service. Comission rates are based on the total project price and reach up to 25%.

Comission payments to our salesmen are conducted via PayPal, bank account transfer or Wester Union wire after the finish of the project. Comission payments are made seperately from each other after each project finish and are paid within 24 hours after final payment to Real-IT Web Development is made by the client.

Additional financial bonuses are also available for certain exceptional sales and their amount is recommended by the Real-IT Project manager responsible for the project and approved by the CEO of the company.

Salesman comission rates range between 20% - 25% depending on the total project price - respectfully over 2000 USD or less. By the request of the salesman the comission rate for certain extremely well paid jobs could be negotiated with the management of the company, but this is very rare and for very profitable projects.
